Guided walks along the lines from the Leeds-Settle-Carlisle, Leeds-Morecambe and other selected Railways.

Walks from stations along the Hope Valley Line, which crosses the Peak District from Sheffield to Manchester.  This site is run by Marketing Sheffield, part of Sheffield City Council.  

This site includes information about walks around Sheffield, York, Leeds and the North Yorkshire coast.  Northern Rail is the rail operator in along several lines in Yorkshire.

The NYMR is a heritage (steam) railway - but part of its line, from Whitby to Grosmont, shares the track with national rail, so the walks along that section are accessible by normal train.
