Rogerstone to Crosskeys

A short, hard-surfaced walk along a raised canal path, teeming with bird life.  There are views across the valley on one side and to the hills on the other.  There is one climb at the beginning and one descent at the end.  The rest is entirely flat.  The final stretch goes through a park along a river, with an outdoor cafe, where we will stop if the weather is good.
